Risk Disclosure & Terms
Version 1.0 · effective 23 September 2026 · applies to zerotrade.zeroorigine.com, the member workspace, the Telegram channel and every email we send. You accept it when you create an account, again at checkout, and it is linked from every page and every message.
In one paragraph. ZEROTRADE Signals is information, not advice. Nothing here tells you what to buy or sell, and nothing here promises you will make money. The signals are the output of fixed rules run by software; the scoreboard shows what those rules did in a model book with our stated assumptions, and it includes every loss. Crypto trading — and shorting with leverage most of all — can lose all of the money you put in and, with leverage, more. Only trade with money you can afford to lose, and make every decision yourself.
Not adviceNo recommendation, no suitability assessment, no fiduciary duty. You decide.
No guaranteePast results, model results and win-rates do not predict future results.
Real risk of lossLeverage can liquidate a position; a short has no ceiling on the price against you.
You are responsibleFor the law where you live, for your exchange account, for your taxes.
1. What the service is
ZEROTRADE Signals publishes the output of two rule sets: an exhaustion rule for coins that rose or fell sharply in 24 hours (measured with RSI on five timeframes), and a trend rule for spot coins (Donchian breakout, EMA200 regime, ATR trailing stop) evaluated on closed 4-hour bars. It shows candidates, the bars on which the rules fire, model entries and exits, and a scoreboard. It is delivered through a web workspace, a private Telegram channel and email. It is educational and informational content about how these rules behave in the market. It is not personalised to you.
2. Not financial, investment, legal or tax advice
We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, portfolio manager or financial planner, and we are not registered or licensed as any of these in any jurisdiction. Nothing on the site, in the workspace, in the Telegram channel or in any email is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell, short, hold or otherwise deal in any asset. We do not know your finances, objectives or tolerance for risk. Any decision to act on a signal is yours alone. If you need advice, consult a licensed professional in your country.
3. No guarantee of results
We make no promise of profit, of a win rate, of any return, or that any signal will be right. Past performance does not indicate future results. Markets change; a rule that worked for months can stop working without warning. Every number on the site — win rate, average per unit, "green" counts — can and will include losses, and some future period may be a net loss.
4. How the scoreboard is calculated (and what it is not)
- Scoreboard figures come from a shadow (model) book: hypothetical units of $100 opened and closed by the rules on Binance USDT-M perpetual prices, with fees, slippage, funding and fills at bar close as stated on the site. They are not audited, not your results, and not the results of a member's real account.
- Exchange fills, spreads, funding, liquidation engines, downtime and your own execution will differ from the model. Real results are usually worse than model results.
- Rules are versioned and improved over time. Retired rules stay on the scoreboard with their results; we do not delete losses.
- Our own account trades a subset of these rules with its own risk limits. Because the same software runs both, we may hold, enter or exit positions in a coin before, at the same time as, or after you see a signal. We never trade against our members, and we never see or touch your account.
5. Specific risks you accept
- Leverage and liquidation. Perpetual futures use margin. A move against a leveraged position can liquidate it and lose the entire margin; some exchanges can claim more than the margin. The site's "3× isolated model" is a modelling assumption, not a recommendation to use leverage.
- Short selling. A price can rise without limit; a short position has no theoretical maximum loss. Coins that pump 25% in a day can pump another 100%.
- Volatile, illiquid coins. Many candidates are small, newly listed or thinly traded. Spreads can be wide, prices can gap, and an exchange can delist or halt a coin at any time.
- Timing and data. Signals are computed on closed bars and delivered by third-party systems (Binance data, Supabase, Telegram, email, your network). Delays, gaps, outages, wrong data, duplicated or missing messages can occur. Prices shown in the workspace come from the exchange's public feed and may be delayed or unavailable in your region.
- Software. The rules are code. Code has bugs. We test and publish fixes, but we cannot promise the software is error-free.
- Exchange and counterparty risk. Your exchange can fail, freeze withdrawals, be hacked or be closed by a regulator.
6. Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 and legally able to trade crypto derivatives where you live. The service is not offered to residents of the United States or Canada, nor to anyone in a jurisdiction where receiving such information or trading such products is prohibited or requires a licence we do not hold. It is your responsibility to know and follow your local law, your exchange's terms and your tax obligations. By using the service you confirm you meet these conditions.
7. Membership, billing, cancellation, refunds
- Prices are in US dollars. The day pass ($1) is a one-time payment for 24 hours of access; it does not renew and is not refundable. Monthly ($20) and quarterly ($50) memberships renew automatically until cancelled.
- Cancel any time from the workspace ("Manage subscription", Stripe's customer portal). Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period already paid, then the workspace and Telegram close automatically. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law where you live requires it.
- If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries; if it keeps failing, access ends at the end of the paid period.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details.
- We may change prices or features for future periods with notice on the site. Existing paid periods are honoured.
8. Telegram channel and email
The Telegram invite link is personal and single-use. Sharing it, forwarding channel content, scraping, reselling or redistributing signals is not allowed and ends your membership without refund. When your membership ends, our bot removes you from the channel automatically. Signals sent to Telegram and email are the same information as in the workspace; they can be delayed or fail to deliver, and we accept no responsibility for a trade taken or missed because a message was late or absent.
9. Privacy
We store your email, your membership status and dates, your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, your Telegram user id (only so the bot can add and remove you), the time you accepted this disclosure, and logs of the emails and messages we sent you. We use this only to run the service. We do not sell it. Email reply@zeroorigine.com to request deletion after your membership ends; billing records are kept as long as the law requires.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We, ZeroOrigine and the people who build and run the service are not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, liquidation, missed opportunity, data error, delay, outage or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the service or from your reliance on it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Your acknowledgement
By creating an account, paying for access or using the workspace, channel or emails, you confirm that you have read and understood this disclosure, that you accept these risks and terms, that you are not a resident of a restricted jurisdiction, and that every trading decision is your own.
